They do not care anymore, after no country in the world spoke up when the US bombed Venezuelan civilians for no reason off the coast the US realised that they can do anything, anywhere, with no opposition.

No they can't. The US is burning through decades of empire-building with its erratic behavior. There's a reason previous US admins didn't do what the Trump admin is doing. This is completely unsustainable.
