I told my partner it'd be fine having this appointment before her job interview, there's plenty of time, well, it's 25 minutes in and the fucking doctor still hasn't come in. It's supposed to be a fucking 30 minute appointment!

It's her doctor's appointment and interview though, i was there for moral support and to be the person who remembers words like omeprazole and to be really angry if it looked like the doctors weren't taking her 40Ib in 1 year weight loss seriously

Yeah thank you, she's got an appointment for them to look further and it's not a long wait (this coming monday)

I'm hoping her weight loss is just age related hormonal changes to her metabolism, and that her difficulties eating (which improved after a course of omeprazole (makes your stomach make less acid)) a couple weeks ago were just coincidental and more due to stress/an ulcer/idk

we'll see
