I think this concept is a good one to help ppl find what they need to find in their lives.

It's a good idea but I think many professions are killing the love people have for it. For example, I liked tech until it become full of meetings, scrum, bad managers, stress, reorgs, and so on.

Scrum made my workplace better. It is run by peers, not management though.
