A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

Unless counties remove elections there will be more voting. Can't change the past but we can not be dissuaded by previous failures. Don't stop voting and promoting voting as much as possible among ppl you know or interact with. If those 20 mil ppl that voted in 2020 voted again in 2024, the world wouldnt be in this mess.
You dont have to move right, you can support progressives as much as you are able or help build a community with less insanity.
Ppl see The DNC as a party of manufacturing consent but I see them as a party of trying to get votes. They'll move right for votes just as ill think they'll move to get more third party votes if more ppl in the country voted. Ppl complain about third party voters but they actually care enough to vote.
Then you should see an optometrist instead of an optimist.
All i hear ever is old ppl voting and dnc chasing them and moderates. Swear is same crap ever since i was a child. Which is Furthering Disenfranchising young voters for decades. Only peaceful way to make them turn head is if more young ppl vote and/or if they vote third party. DNC will shift cause all they care about is staying in power and not being the opposition party or helping ppl.
The DNC alienated voters last election in their rush to try to get the votes of republicans that hate them.
