Das ist sicher sinnvoll und absolut nötig. Aber man muss auch die Nutzung des Autos im der Stadt auch etwas einschränken, das sagen auch Verkehrsforscher. Gerade auch, weil es wie eine abhängig machende Droge auf Bequemlichkeit zielt.
