Ever had a really shitty bit idea? Joke you want to take way past the point of where it was funny? Want to feel like a stand-up comedy guy who's been bombing a set for the past 30 minutes straight and at this point is just saying shit to see if people react to it? Really bad pun? A homemade cringe concoction? A cognitohazard that you have birthed into this world and have an urge to spread like chain mail?

What was KONY 2012, anyway?
I want to say it was an awareness campaign of some sort, but the entire thing was done poorly and the guy behind it had a mental breakdown and that cast a pall over the entire thing
I think its something like a labubu or a beany baby
livestrong bracelets gone woke
awareness campaign for an african militia leader who used child soldiers, did other crimes, is wanted by the ICC and afaik still at large (although he hasn't been active since the Bush Jr years, meaning that Kony 2012 was out of date when it happened)
