This was the first thought I had too (and I assume most other Brits past a certain age), and he didn't need a private island to do it in; child hospices and hospitals as you rightly point out were his hunting grounds; many staff even aware of what he was doing, but nothing ever came about from it whilst he was alive. And all the creepy comments he made throughout the years; he didn't have to hide clearly. 

Come to think of it, Saville is probably a hero of Trumps. (If the baboon is even aware of him ofc) He did what Trump is trying to achieve; Dying a child raping hero, and then letting everyone deal with the fallout of your actions whilst your name goes down in history without ever having to face the music.
