It'd probably also help reduce the decline if we weren't run by 4 consecutive admins of pedophile protectors. Or if we just embraced immigration and better work life balances to reverse the declining birth rate... Oh right, pedophile brained leaders don't care about actually fixing anything.
4 is a small number. You can go back to at least Kennedy, who was a pedo too.
