Im not that in touch with US politics. Would cory booker legit count as progressive ? I thought those would be people like AOC and Bernie. I guess progressive is kind of used vibes based.
From any sane, rational perspective - he's a million miles away from being a progressive. But from the normie perspective he actually is. Everything in the US is fundamentally broken.
As SorosFootSoldier pointed out - people keep saying he's progressive so he's viewed that way. It's Manufacturing... - you know the thing.
His come-up in New Jersey local politics was progressive. In 2005 he was very much on the Obama tip, doing that same faux progressive thing. That's what got him noticed in the first place. There was a documentary and everything. He could have been Obama if Obama had not been picked. Once he moved past local politics he became more centrist. Of course his consolation prize, apparently, is a lifelong Senate seat where he can do some tweets and speeches while pocketing money.
AOC and Bernie are the actual progressive wing of the democrats (lol at me even saying that but it is what it is) Booker is only considered "progressive" by other shitlibs, the media, and chuds.
