If she has never signed up for onlyfans and there is a onlyfans account pretending to be her. She could sue onlyfans and they have no contractual way to avoid it. Even if they delete the account in response she can still sue onlyfans for compensation. In doing so she could possibly find out the identity of the person who created the account through discovery.

Money has to go somewhere. And any company who does payoffs like that has to keep a paper trail.
If you would have bothered to read the article before spewing out your little opinions, you'd already know that it was taken down apparently very quickly and before she was even able to click the link to the only fans page to even see it for herself.
It doesn't matter if she didn't create the account she can sue for the information. Seems like you are rooting for the victimizers.
