It is a HEXahedral BEARing. Yes, a cuboid shaped rolling component.
The Fediverse logo is a profile of a dodecahedron, but because Hexbear was a fork from Lemmy before federation was achieved, the picture still had 6 sides instead of 12.
Every attempt to add faces to the titular component has been dismissed as revisionism.
Ahh, leftists. We'll call anything revisionism.
Copyediting? You better believe that's revisionism; the misspellings of bouejoiesi will remain exactly as they are.
