going on about how AoT and NGE are "flesh mechas" and some person replied something like "Brother, it is Ramadan. Why don't you try thinking less about flesh mechas and more about getting your flesh to Mecca"
its definitely a mecha, have you seen that show? It even has traumatized child soldiers who don't want to get into the mech and everything
