Doesn't feel right to me. The premier didn't leave me wanting more. It feels like a step back towards Disco after the great leaps forward of Strange New Worlds and Lower Decks.
It’s strange that they doubled down on ”Discovery: The Sequel” and expected success. It reminds me of when everyone hated the Star Trek Enterprise theme song, so instead of replacing it the producers just “jazzed it up”.
And the "jazzed up" version just made it worse.
any idea what is meant by backlash?
Its the word they use to fabricate engagement when in reality nobody is watching.
Eh...I thought it was a charming show. Not much substance, but charming.
It felt like watching the WB. It's aiming for teen demo and I'm... not that.
