I still remember the first time I ever discovered soul food. I was beside myself.
You can...*deep fry *pork chops? With collard greens and scalloped potatoes, got it to-go in a styrofoam box. Incredibly juicy, full of flavor. To this day one of the top 10 meals of my life. Aunt Kizzie's in Auroroa Colorado never forget.
