I didn't realize the "article" is just a couple sentences.

SAO PAULO, Jan 6 (Reuters) - Brazil's imprisoned former President Jair Bolsonaro was taken to hospital for tests on Tuesday after falling and hitting his head, his wife said in a social media post. "We are going to the hospital. My love will undergo exams," she wrote on Instagram, adding that the 70-year-old right-wing leader fell while sleeping.

Also - as far as I know - there are no x-ray photos in English language media.

If there was an outside entity doing this to him, it would be more ethical just to kill him at this point.
