shitty artists and fascism, name a more iconic duo

Check out Hitler's paintings. He didn't get into art school, sure, but they aren't awful. It is certainly beyond anything the average person could just draw without practice. This is just garbage.

Charisma and creativity with no healthy outlet results in trying to force people to love you. Peddling hatred unfortunately works on some.

Except its charisma and an unwillingness to put in ~~effort~~ vulnerability to improve at things. Learning creative endeavors as an adult sucks. It forces you to humble yourself, see your failures, and adapt. As a kid that's par for the course, as a teenager many people still are doing it, but some have locked up and grown prideful, but as an adult that's a skill you often have to relearn and with creativity you often feel like you should have learned it younger or like you should be good at it.

Narcissistic personality traits involve fearing vulnerability and using ego to shield oneself from being hurt. Fascist leaders have those traits. This isn't saying all people with NPD are fascists or all fascists have npd, but that that fascist movements begin leaderless and coalesce around someone who agrees with them and will at the very least act like they have untreated, unexamined, and rampant narcissism. Also that being in that role has to fuck you up mentally and push your mental processes further and further towards those traits. Like vulnerability becomes materially costly when your movement hinges on your perceived strength and you've violated laws and broken society.

Art auctions are a money laundering scam anyway.

Who is this up and coming artist?! That piece will certainly hang in the Met one day.

Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
