Ah, the French approach. Highly efficient.
Unless they react with the Russian approach.
There used to be a story how a Russian military base wasn't paying its bills so their electricity got cut, so the soldiers just went to the nuclear power plant nearby, occupied it and turned it back on.
No idea how true it is, and because of Ukraine, it's impossible to google this.
The russian approach: kill the hostages, problem solved.
No hostages, no problem.
That's because this is complete bullshit that came right out of your ass. You CAN Google this via: "russia miltiary occupies nuclear plant before:2014-01-01" - of which there are zero results. Maybe stop making shit up regardless of the fun you're having in fantasy land.
