i remember looking at a graph and seeing the peak and so happy my cohort was a far away as you could get from it (not 0% but very low)

Kinda wild to see that leaded gasoline wasn't fully phased out until the 90's, though. I didn't realize it took that long.

It's in aviation fuel used for propeller planes.
I'm pretty sure they're in the process of phasing it out, but considering all the other problems the FAA is having, I'm not sure it's high up on their list of priorities.
