I'm sure they'd say they mean Israel as a state.
In any event, I personally wouldn't support the other interpretation but karma is a bitch and so is cyclical violence.
In the literally impossible event it happens (Israel has nukes and everyone knows it) I'll have exactly as much sympathy for them as I do for citizens of Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan.
Jesus. Well maybe let's stick to not doing or advocating for huge amounts of murder. Even if half the country has fallen for the propaganda they still have kids and family.
Israeli President Herzog said that "there are no innocents in Gaza" and the "entire nation is responsible". This was just one of a litany of openly genocidal statements made by senior Israeli leaders. One former Likud MP said that babies are targets.
There are now likely hundreds of thousands of people, mainly women and children, killed by this regime. Hundreds of thousands more are being starved to death.
Funnily enough the ADL, and Western media, don't have much, if anything, to say about that.
So I think it's understandable people are angry and want to see this despotic, depraved and murderous regime wiped off the map.
The post is not literal. It is a jab at Israelis and Israeli leadership who openly and publicly expressed genocidal intent toward Palestinians after Oct 7. The post uses their same language and redirects it back at Israel, after Israel initiated the war against Iran.
Attacking military targets isn't murder. And Israel forces every adult to become a military target. They're literally using human shields.
So do all the people they're actively killing while talking about how they can't wait to kill the rest of their neighbors. Sucks to suck.

Agreed, justifying or advocating for indiscriminate murder (including of children) and dehumanising others to justify any possible horror, that's a hallmark of genocidal rhetoric.

Edit: hey, also, can you think of another way to stop them, or are you just opposed to doing that? Because, i know this is controversial, but i think world war three would be bad. We might even end up with a couple dead civilians if that hapoens.
