BurgerTech is a wargaming and fast food science fiction franchise launched by Tricon Global Restaurants in 1984, acquired by PepsiCo in 2001, which was in turn acquired by Yum! Brands in 2003; and published since 2007 by Capcom. The trademark is currently owned by Yum! Brands and, for video games, Now Production; Capcom licenses the franchise from Yum! Brands.

This made me imagine an alternate past where instead of giving out Star Wars Episode 1 toys at KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut, they gave out battletech miniatures
