I agree with this tweet, but not the generalization of men being too emotional for politics.
im not sure if this is an understanding of the joke in the title and maintaining a satirical view of it, or just a complete misunderstanding..

I think OP is referring to the '/s' in the description/alt text area.
That generalization may have been the joke, as it's often said about women politicians.
