Greta actually follows this priciple pretty well and does not fly unless absolutely necessary. In this case she is taking a boat which is one of the most efficient ways of transporting goods such as humanitarian aid.
Minor addition - in this case, it's literally the only possible delivery mechanism. Any other mode of transportation is functionally impossible.
Israel should build a giant railway leading into to the Gaza concentration camp.
For environmental concerns, of course.
That's a good point, makes what Brian was saying about Gretta even worse.
