Old terminals that weren't replaced/updated? Yeah absolutely. I still periodically have to sign.

Usually they ask for the zip code of the billing address, and if you found a card, there's a good chance you'd be in that zip code.
just because us statesians have heard of PINs doesn't mean we know how to use them
