That doesn’t look very comfortable
if you were there, you may have thought that any shelter that keeps you cool is more comfortable than being out under the sun
Porcupine grass sounds like something useful for keeping predators at a safer distance.
predators? in Australia??
FWIW, the gardening pages I looked at in re: porcupine grass made no mention of them as being useful for deterring predators. So maybe the dude was just into landscaping?
