That event is what started the Roman empire, not what killed it.
We have goths
But do they have big booba?
Does heavy artillery count?
Maybe the new pope will send Atilla the nun.
Or the Mongolians will land in Mexico and specifically target one of the sections of walls before luring border patrol larpers into false retreat traps. While they didn't have anything to do with the fall of Rome, they were very good at ending empires.
