How was your week in the US?

I will have to look into mason bees. I have heard of them but never read up on them.
I was gifted a flow hive and neglected to source a brood of honey bees over the winter, so it's empty at the moment. If I'm lucky I might "catch" a new queen and her entourage later in the season when they are splitting off from established hives and looking for a new home.
Hey, of you're already that far along, hit up one of your friendly apiarists for advice! That's awesome, so keep going! ๐ค
FWIW, bats are also pollinators AND eat most of the pests that wanna bite ya. ๐ฆ๐ค
I would be attending the local beekeepers' club meetings, but the meeting time conflicts with another regular activity of mine.
And getting a bat box is also on my to-do list. So many things to do, and never enough time!
I genuinely envy you in this. ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ Keep being awesome! ๐ค๐ผ
