Yeah I'd say you should probably try swimming or something instead. Unsure of any other activities that are easier for the body.

Cycling is a dream if you have the balance. You get to go fast which pleases my dumb monkey brain

Walking, cycling, and swimming are the go-to low impact exercises.

Walking for a long time with that size might be difficult still. Cycling could be uncomfortable depending on the seat but that's kinda fixable. I was biking for a time and my ass hurt

Gym exercise bikes tend to have really wide seats, so that's a good option. Or you can get a wider seat for your regular bike as well.

The important thing is to get active, and ideally vary your exercises a bit.
