I recommend Tubular (a fork of NewPipe + SponsorBlock) which is available in FDroid https://f-droid.org/packages/org.polymorphicshade.tubular/

Havent tried PipePipe but Tubular is just the new name of the old and deprecated NewPipe x Sponsorblock made by the same dev.

I switched back from Tubular to PipePipe, because the later one seems to be developed way faster and with more people. You may want to have a look at PipePipe. Exporting your settings in one and importing it in the other one works just fine
