Welcome to the club. Get reading to spend whatever is left of your savings at bunnings Edit: OH! And sorry, just a heads up. At least 2 of the following will fail in the next 12 months. No your house is not cursed. No one can explain WHY it happens: Hotplates, Hot water unit, Oven, Dishwasher, or a shower leak.
Bunnings is a danger, but I'll be walking distance to Poynton's which could be worse ๐
in our case it was the goddamn extractor fan for the kitchen and the ducted heating flame sensor.
Ha! Dishwasher (leaked and went kaput) and shower leaks here
