I finished Love Live season 1 just a week ago, incidentally. It had a stellar beginning but by the second half I was starting to lose interest. At least finishing it served as a nice enough reason for me to message the person who got me to start watching it and catch up with her (in fact the whole reason why I first got in touch with her a year and a half ago was because of her Love Live pins).
I dunno, I wonder if Love Live's one of those things where I'll grow more fond of it looking back on it with time, or where I'd end up a fan if I decided to continue it even if I thought the first season had a weak ending.
