So, luckily, the boot heel on the ski doesn't actually bear any load when you're skiing. The attachment point for the bindings is a ledge above the boot heel, and that's where all the load is.

The heels just have to get me from the parking lot to the snow, which is why I felt okay with 3D printing the replacement (that and Nordica wants $15+$10 shipping for a piece of plastic).

If it doesn't work, PETG is a similarly easy to print filament that has better mechanical properties

I'd imagine TPU would be a good option as well
