Literally cannot fathom how he got away with something so corny. If anyone did this today they would get laughed out of the movement. How did he pull it off?

Dzhugashvili already translates as "son of iron".

Even his names all point to the theory of historical materialism.

He was born Iron and developed into Steel. He was destined to be a Marxist.

But in reality it means son/descendant of Juga, which is an Ossetian name (possibly meaning "shepherd"), so he probably had some Ossetian ancestors, and rarity of this name in Gerogia supports theory of non-Georgian origin of the name.
