It's good courtesy to post an article from the source, especially of the source article has key details like which counties they are and the derivative article doesn't.

Counties: Iroquois, Calhoun, Clinton, Greene, Jersey, Madison, Perry.

Madison is in the STL metro area (very urban sprawly county) and the rest are depopulated farming counties.
