There was a local pizza place I swear was a front given its weird hours and decent prices. Best greek pizza ever, I was so sad when it shuttered unexpectedly.

Depends on the place, but its generally a white pizza with mozzarella, feta, olives, onions, diced tomatoes, and spinach. Garlic also, but that's in the sauce generally.
