The works of the pumps of the wells, of the municipal water treatment plants, must be destroyed to keep up the price, and this is the saddest, bitterest thing of all. Carloads of Aquafina dumped on the ground. The people came for miles to take the bottles, but this could not be. How would they buy Ice Mountain at twenty cents per liter if they could drive out and pick them up?
