That's already illegal in the UK. The current moral panic is about wall hanger crap being exchanged via, like, facebook marketplace, or ebay, etc.

Urb-ex, I think this is mostly a post-industrial thing. Whole lotta dilapidated buildings in town to fuck around in. There was a local rite of passage that involved breaking into an abandoned bomb shelter.
Buy a pistol-grip crossbow from a sketchy man at a game faire and shoot cans up in the woods.
The possibilities are endless, as long as you leg it before the cops show up.
