I want to know what speculated environmental selection pressures drove the evolution of Tortellini, and if the superficial similarities to Ravioli are an example of convergent evolution or a re-expression of underlying synapomorphies.

Also why the fuck is Wonton not Gyoza's nearest relative? I demand to see this paper's methodology.
