Joe Biden is literally a dumb guy. Well, he was, forty years ago. Now he's a dumb guy whose brain has been pudding since before 2020. His team did stuff, but loads of that was just inevitable.
Yes, he's been an eager lapdog for empire his entire stupid life. One of the funniest things about his presidency is watching him completely fuck things up in press conferences or to journalists while Blinken, the actual architect of the administration, reacts in the audience or behind him.
