If your argument was "I don't think she gives a fuck about US imperialism broadly. She only cares about some of it and specifically Palestine because it's personal." I'd probably agree.
She literally has family in Palestine, so if your comment is read as it's written, it's just plainly wrong. This is one subject she absolutely cares about. Say what you will about her other stances regarding US foreign policy.
We're not saying this action will change anything, just that it's objectively cool and good
The reaction is basically "this is like the picture of the guy who didn't salute Hitler"
Considering that the man had been a member of the Nazi party, that seems fitting
Her face in these photos is not the face of someone that doesn't care about Palestine. She is the only Palestinian as well.
Just because her class interests align with the genocide doesn't necessarily mean she doesn't care
