I definitely don’t think anyone in real life would treat me like I was.

    That's so nice of you cri I know that's what you're supposed to do but I'm literally a shaved guy at this point. I wouldn't expect that of anyone.

    You're not 'literally a shaved guy at this point,' you're a girl who's just starting to find herself. You might not be able to leave the closet irl just yet, but I promise you there are people out there like me who would see you as you. That's not some exceptional thing, it's what should be normal in the world. Unfortunately it isn't yet, but I'm sure you'll find people who can help you feel safe to express yourself someday.
