Could you imagine if Putin or Xi had a drug addled, sex worker-addicted son who they kept consulting for policy? There'd be a trillion Atlantic and NYT think pieces lining up to attribute that shit to Oriental Despotism or the Asiatic Brainpan or some shit.
This whole thing really is like court intrigues of a feudal court of a declining empire.
