It's two occurences of it happening on flat colour background, learn like a modicum of photoshopping goddamn. You could do this easily and well in MS Paint for crying out loud
I do think the floating mountain behind the logo above two regular mountains behind the logo is kinda unfixable AI-ism. Like you could just paint over the mountain and all its yellow glow line things with blue sky but at that point you're turning it into a different image entirely and it would probably look really boring
you could pass the mountain on top of the name off as a design choise pretty easily, honestly i kind of like it. you'd just need to re-paint some of the wobbley sun lines. realistically, no one is looking too closely at a beer logo
