That's how mine went in December. Paxlovid helped, albeit not with the nausea.
Decades of migraine experience has led me to learn that there's a 20-minute window after you vomit where you'll get the good endorphins and have a good chance of putting your affairs in order - i.e., have a few sips of water, get a fresh ice pack, find the most comfortable position, focus on your breathing. If you can pass out then you have a good chance of being significantly less nauseated when next you awaken and you can Saltine yourself back to life.
