I don't think there are any SA allegations at all? I don't really follow this kind of shit very closely, but searching through headlines and all I see is some mentions of maybe charging him with sex trafficking, but nothing ever came of that.

If jokes about Hunter Biden being cool because he's such a fuck up are cringe, just randomly saying someone 100% for sure assaulted multiple women because of who his dad is? Definitely cringe.
