I was thinking about it, if and how it worked for femdudes
It works for everyone, regardless of what bits they've got. It's a blood pressure medication that changes bloodflow and just happens to improve blood flow through erectile tissue. If you have a penis that means boners, if you have a clit that means more bloodflow through the clitoris. The effect isn't as obviously dramatic as for penii, but the clit also becomes engorged.

From a study I read years ago it does indeed cause horny
I think it's more that your dick getting hard makes you horny. Or that you take a pill that plants the thought "I'm going to fuck soon"
