Like I guess I play games differently because it doesn't bother me if I play a boy or girl character but if you are so hung up on the game asking your pronouns it seems like that's the kind of person that would WANT the game to call them by their pronouns.

I had coffee with a guy yesterday for potential help with employment in a programming position for a non-profit org and he dropped the "I'm as left as the come" line. Instead of rolling my eyes u was like ok how left are you, thinking he'd say liberal Dem or some shit. He replied with "anarcho-syndicalist." Showed him my AnCom button on my hat and we ended up talking theory for like an hour after discussing programming stuff. It was really a cool experience and in the Bible Belt nonetheless. He recommended Thomas Picketty to me and I said I would send him the Where's the Winter Palace blog that was posted on Grad a while back. The whole ass thing was based lol.

As much as it is a "duh" moment finding out that transfolk aren't groomers, it's great to see someone independently collecting this data.

I was just gonna say that this has to be an urban segregation thing. Our Walmarts where I am at are mostly in predominately white neighborhoods. We don't have anything really behind glass except tobacco. Meanwhile our PoC dominant neighborhoods have barred windows on their gas stations and liquor stores. These are also coincidentally the most underfunded neighborhoods. Yet our Walmarts are by half a million dollar homes. It's by design but I think that is preaching to the choir. Solidarity for my PoC comrades.:(

As long as they add something on the beer labels so I know what to avoid. As a consumer I don't want to get confused by branding and accidentally buy something not made from dead animal flesh.
