I really like my 900 lumen Nightrider front/rear light combo pack that I got from REI for $150USD or less.

Easy to attach/take off the bike (crucial to avoid theft while locking up in town), battery life is decent and doesn't wobble when I hit bumps. Just gotta make sure.youre familiar with the "lock" function; it keeps the light from accidentally turning on in your bag. I forgot about it and thought my light broke so ended up spending like $113 USD on a light with 1100 lumens (i wanted 900 but it wasnt availabl) that jumps around a bunch and I HATE IT. Then I looked it up online 6 months later and figured out my night rider works after all! Lol

I just looked it up and it seems like niterider has changed their design and uses the same attachment piece as cygolite now (the light I hated). It's probably user error but it barely fits around my Salsa Cowchipper handlebars. I think I had to take off the anti scratch cushions to make it work. Hopefully that's not an issue for you.

Heck yeah that's awesome! I just went on my first bike camping trip a couple of weeks ago. It was a challenge but such a great experience. I have a Strava profile but since it makes you pay to check out user made routes and make your own I switched to ridewithgps; it seems to be more popular where I live, too.

I've done that before but after updates it seems to reset for some reason? Having to do it over and over is frustrating, unless I'm missing something which is not outside the realm of possibility

Yep, I hate it so much

Yeah, that's a good point. I feel like in terms of tracking you have to unplug completely to be successful. No Square card readers, no social media, no Google anything, not to mention having to vet every service you use which doesn't feel like it would be worth it.

Oh I see, I agree. I think it definitely could have been more exciting; I found the parts where it really focused on his personal life to be really boring and sloppy and that could've really added to it

My Android phone fucking blows. The one I had prior was great but I lost it. I hate the constant alerts from the apps I can't delete, I can't take up close photos anymore without it looking like shit and not focusing, the screen will flip horizontal at random times when it's got the lock screen option turned on. I don't want a Google phone, though.

Anyone have opinions on the OnePlus phones?

Seriously 😭😭 my grocery bill for two people went up from 80 dollars a week to 130 practically overnight. Houses doubled in price in like 3 years in the town I live in. They also raised the cap on rent to 14 percent here. I only bring home 27k a year with 6 years of experience in a field that nobody cares about (social services).

The Poland statue is kinda sick though

For me, I realize that I need to just say a couple of words to make it a pleasant exchange, but not being able to really share my feelings feels frustrating, kinda like how a kid feels frustrated when they need to moderate their feelings. A lot of the time I'm really exhausted and unhappy too so that makes it worse that I can't vent and have to moderate myself cuz I'm in a perpetual state of trying to keep my mask from slipping from burnout

I don't think it operated under the assumption that communism is bad. You can't have a movie about 19th century war/politics without there being politicians demonizing communism, and communists being ambiguous or completely scared at best of openly admitting their affiliations. It's not realistic for a big Hollywood production to come right out with a big banner that says "CAPITALISM EVIL COMMUNISM GOOD" even if Nolan wanted to.

Tbh a lot of criticisms that I've seen online feel like those making them haven't even seen the film. Or they really lack nuance, idk.
