I just burned one today, it was the easiest way to transfer a game to a Windows 95 notebook. 🫠

Yeah that's more human-readable, but not easily sortable.

"This is the best time of your life, it will never be as easy."
I wasted more time at school than at work and I didn't have Fridays off, so that was a lie.

One of the first things my new boss did was to cancel the daily standup meetings that were enforced by the previous management. God, what a great decision. I'm finally getting shit done instead of having to talk and endure bullshit every day.

Only as long as Gabe Newell runs it. After that it will enshittify like any other company that needs to make profits.

Post-war America. The federal government, including its departments, is a prehistory. Information no longer circulates in orbit in the blink of an eye as it once did. The world is no longer a global village. The shock wave of a nuclear explosion wiped out tax offices and the entire federal tax system - isn't that great news? Of course it is! Unfortunately, when some dangers happily passed, new ones quickly appeared in their place. Gangs of brawlers, slave hunters, cannibal mutants, rebellious robots, local tyrants, acid rains and storms of radioactive sand are just some of them. Be careful out there, dear adventurers! I just finished the comic, 104 pages in total - can you believe it!? FUTURO DARKO IS COMING!

It's only a test run done by a few companies, though. I'm a German and having a four day work week is still highly unlikely. Most people work 40h/week or more, from Monday to Friday.

I'm in the very lucky position to have a 30 hour work week. 3x8,1x6 and Fridays off. None of the people I know work like this, they either simply can't afford it or they don't have enough leverage against their employer to make it possible.

Also, the conservative parties in our political system are actively pushing against it, demanding even more work to compensate for our rapidly aging population and they will be back in office after February. What a time to be alive.

They should've renamed the movie to "Speedo Pedo".

Similar experience: One guy was seeding all of the old uncensored episodes of The Three Investigators and I'm so grateful for that. It's pretty popular here in Germany, but despite that, no one seems to share it. There are episodes on Spotify, but they are censored and some of the music has been replaced with a modern rendition.

I believe the Despicable Me series peaked with the second one. Everything after that feels like soulless cashgrabs to sell Minions merch.

The only good thing about the fourth movie is the opening music.
