it's not saxophone-heavy but I can recommend Godspeed You! Black Emperor if you haven't checked them out yet. they have a new album out which is really good. this was one of the amps on their latest live tour:

seeing him live was one of the best, perhaps the absolute best live music experiences of my life. he's so incredibly good. not content with being great at his instrument, he invented a whole new way to play it using his entire body. amazing musician!

you don't need a washer and a dryer in every unit, but you can have like 2 washers, a heated drying room with good ventilation and a tumble drier per, like, 20 units. a communal laundry room where you book a time slot like once every week or two weeks. very common in Scandinavian rental blocks.

I recommend using Mullvad instead. 5 euros a month, you can pay using crypto or even cash in an envelope.

I've made this salad countless times and I really don't think the anchovies are as important as the purists make it seem. Just adding some extra salt and some MSG works just fine.

If anyone has ideas for good vegan substitutes for egg yolk and parmesan, I'm all ears.

Mistake Not... is great. Just The Washing Instruction Chip In Life's Rich Tapestry is another of my favorites.

I am experiencing unbelievable levels of cringe. lowest tier bourgeois politician. it used to be they would at least speak fluent French and German so they could suck up properly to the Continent

I agree. not fluffy romanticization, just a plain, often harsh existence but shown in clear contrast with the excesses of capitalism. send me to Anarres now.
