I learned my lesson about “lifetime” thanks to SiriusXM.

When Howard Stern got lured to SiriusXM they offered a deal where you buy the receiver and pay $500 for a lifetime subscription with unlimited transfers to different receivers. Fat forward to 2017ish when I bought my last car that had the receiver built into the radio and tried to transfer to the new one. I was told that was the last time I would be able to do that and in the future I’d be paying a $75 transfer fee and be forced into a monthly subscription.

Lifetime is a hoax.

Ok, so does this kick off WW3 or are other nations just going to roll over and allow this to happen?

How the hell is this even a plausible timeline we’re living in?

And Schumer will send another strongly worded letter.

Freaking ass had the chance to alter history potentially and he fucked it up.

Anything demeaning another human in an effort to make them less than everyone else is pure hatred and is hate speech.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Rochester woman has pleaded guilty to conversion and unlawful conveyance of government money after allegedly hiding her dead boyfriend in his basement and continuing to collect his social security benefits.

The victim’s body stayed there from December 2022 to September 2023, while Stone collected nearly $8,000 in social security benefits meant for the victim. Stone recertified the victim’s SNAP benefits and stated the victim still lived with her — earning Stone more than $1,000 she was not entitled to.

Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) traveled to El Salvador on Wednesday, but officials refused to let him visit an erroneously deported Maryland man who the Supreme Court has ordered returned to the United States.

Because he's dead

Ramirez, in a letter to House Homeland Security Committee chair Mark Green (R-Tenn.) first obtained by Axios, requested he authorize an official CODEL to El Salvador.

Given that the Administration's use of CECOT for illegal and unconstitutional deportations is rife with 'administrative errors' ... I urgently request a CODEL to conduct oversight," she wrote.

The song Hotel California comes to mind here.

Reps. Jason Smith (R-Mo.) and Riley Moore (R-W.Va.) both shared photos of themselves at the notorious maximum security prison on Wednesday in posts on X praising the administration's deportation policies.

I can't even.....WTF

And there it is. Combine this "accident" with the Death Master List and you have a recipe for "accidentally" ruining people's lives who are retired or disabled. We know how this administration handles mistakes now as well.

What does a person who is declared dead but indeed still alive do when this happens and they lose income, housing, and medical insurance? Asking for a very terrified friend.....

"No basis in logic"

No shit, this whole administration has no basis in logic. Just look at Project 2025 and the progress they've made on it in a little over 2 months.

What is Rayhunter?

Rayhunter works by intercepting, storing, and analyzing the control traffic (but not user traffic, such as web requests) between the mobile hotspot Rayhunter runs on and the cell tower to which it’s connected. Rayhunter analyzes the traffic in real-time and looks for suspicious events, which could include unusual requests like the base station (cell tower) trying to downgrade your connection to 2G which is vulnerable to further attacks, or the base station requesting your IMSI under suspicious circumstances.

Rayhunter notifies the user when something suspicious happens and makes it easy to access those logs for further review, allowing users to take appropriate action to protect themselves, such as turning off their phone and advising other people in the area to do the same. The user can also download the logs (in PCAP format) to send to an expert for further review.

Legal disclaimer: Use Rayhunter at your own risk. We believe running this program does not currently violate any laws or regulations in the United States. What is [email protected]?

This is to easily keep track of when EFF’s Rayhunter has a new release on it's GitHub repository. This is done automatically by @[email protected] so please ensure you have "Show Bots" enabled if your instance allows you to block bots. Also be sure you have not blocked rss.ponder.cat

Literally disappearing people off the street

Didn't the U.S. fight a war against a country and its leader who did the same shit? I was never very proud to be an American because this country has done some fucked up shit since 1776. But this is downright terrifying to me as someone who is disabled and considered a parasite by Elon because if they aren't stopped after this then it's game over for any "non-white" people, LGBTQ+, and poor people in general to be disappeared.

This may be why they want Greenland so bad 🤔

Meanwhile, in the U.S. I'm sitting here wondering if we'll even have a flu shot available for next winter, let alone a new vaccine that can protect from Covid and the common cold.

Oh hey, look! I don't have a Real ID or a Passport. I already can't fly or enter federal buildings. Now I won't be able to vote? They're basically making it a requirement to have a Real ID or Passport to be considered a citizen at this point.

Millions of poor people are about to lose their U.S. citizenship is what this sounds like it's coming to.

The thing that bothers about this is the rampant speculation that is happening because of the state of American society right now. Will we ever know the truth for sure from the ME performing the autopsy given how extremely politicized things are right now? I don't know.

The article, and a few other articles I've read all indicate that she resigned from being a US Attorney before Trump had his second inauguration. People here have provided links to information that she was responsible for investigating Israeli and Russian people suspected of criminal activity. I remained incredibly skeptical that this wasn't anything other than pure coincidence.

Until I read a very interesting Substack article that goes a little deeper and makes the timing even more strange because she actually resigned THE DAY OF TRUMP'S SECOND INAUGURATION according to her Wikipedia. I got the Substack article from the "Talk" page on her Wikipedia.

Usually when people resign they give a slight indication of where they are going to go to next. Claims are that she wasn't forced out. But all of this together just doesn't feel right -- her exit from being a U.S. Attorney and her subsequent unfortunate passing just bothers me.

Interesting highlights:

  • “Oopsie…Too late,” Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele, a Trump ally who agreed to house about 300 migrants for a year at a cost of $6 million in his country’s prisons, wrote on the social media site X above an article about Boasberg’s ruling. That post was recirculated by White House communications director Steven Cheung.
  • “Basically any Venezuelan citizen in the US may be removed on pretext of belonging to Tren de Aragua, with no chance at defense,” Adam Isacson of the Washington Office for Latin America, a human rights group, warned on X.

I'm on disability and the last couple of weeks I've been thinking that I haven't been thinking rationally about this situation and that I'd be homeless if my SSDI suddenly disappeared or was clawed back. My therapist considers it catastrophizing.

Turns out my fears ARE rational, we're just living in a completely irrational timeline.

"“I don’t want the system to collapse,” Dudek said in a closed-door meeting last week, according to a recording obtained by ProPublica."

As a disabled "parasite" this stuff is nightmare fuel and concerning. Given the Senate Democrats basically giving Elon and Trump free reign now with the CR passing, I'm even more nervous.
